  • Start 9:00 AM - May 20 2017
  • End 10:30 AM - May 20 2017

The Nanyang Family of Schools will turn 100 in 2017.

In line with the theme 百年树人, which reflects the solid foundation the schools have set in nurturing generations of students, the Nanyang Global Tree Planting Programme aims to gather the collective efforts of alumni and school partners from all over the world to work for the global environment through tree planting.

The target of the project is to have 100 trees planted in different parts of the world in commemoration of Nanyang's 100thAnniversary, while leaving a legacy that will benefit the future generations.

On 20 May 2017,  as part of this programme, 50 trees will be planted in Pulau Ubin. Pulau Ubin is a very meaningful site to NYGH, as our girls have had such rich experiences there through various activities such as OBS and experiential learning programmes.
