We are looking for:

 
Relief Physical Education (PE) Teacher

Responsibilities:

  • In-depth knowledge in at least one sport and ability to teach multiple sports for PE;
  • Coaching ability is not essential but will be favourably considered.
 

Requirements:

  • Degree or PDGE with NIE in Physical Education;
  • Relevant teaching certificate for Physical Education for Secondary/Junior College;
  • Strong team player who is willing to collaborate professionally with a team of experienced teachers;
  • Ability to communicate well, think flexibly and constantly seeks for professional development opportunities;
  • Strong desire to inculcate health and fitness and imbuing values through the work in school.

Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate invoices processing in SAP;
  • Ensure timely payment processing;
  • Perform AP control checks;
  • Prepare monthly creditor reconciliations, ageing reports and audit schedules;
  • Prepare closing entries;
  • Maintenance of vendor master;
  • Perform reconciliation to vendor statements;
  • Generate Statement of Accounts to vendors based on AP ageing reports.
 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred;
  • Good knowledge of SAP HANA financial system and Microsoft Excel;
  • Good communication and written skills;
  • A hands-on and detail-oriented person;
  • Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines;
  • Team player with the ability to work independently with all levels of staff.

History Teacher

Requirements:

  • Degree in relevant subjects;
  • Teaching certification (i.e., PGDE, Diploma in Education) in the relevant subjects;
  • Has experience being a Form and CCA Teacher;
  • Enjoys and is competent in using ICT in learning and teaching;
  • Ability to manage collaborative teams amongst students;
  • Strong team working skills with colleagues.

Boarding School Admin Officer

Requirements:

  • General Administration (competent in MS Office /office paperwork);
  • Operational role (enjoy non desk-bound work);
  • Enjoys people interactions;
  • Competent in written & spoken Mandarin and English language;
  • Accommodation provided - stay-in three nights per week;
  • 5-day work week (including rostered weekends);
  • Mature and Independent worker.

Relief Chemistry Teacher

Requirements:

  • NIE Postgraduate Diploma in Education or equivalent with good grade in "A" Level Chemistry (H2);
  • Competency in integrating ICT in teaching;
  • Able to articulate well, pleasant, responsible, good team player and good organisation skills;
  • Some experience in teaching high school students in a classroom setting will be an advantage.

Food Studies Assistant

Requirements:

  • Proficient and knowledgeable in supporting Food Studies lessons in 2 kitchens concurrently (e.g. order & purchase of food ingredients, assisting in pre/during/post lessons, etc.);
  • Team player who has good interpersonal skills, meticulous, flexible;
  • Some experiences working in a school setting in the areas of work stated above will be helpful.

Language Arts Teacher

Requirements:

  • Degree in English Language and Literature or equivalent;
  • Teaching certification (i.e., PGDE, Diploma in Education) in the relevant subjects;
  • Enjoys and is competent in using ICT in learning and teaching;
  • Able to adapt to changes and take things in his/her stride;
  • Responsible, meticulous, team player, energetic and enthusiastic.

Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities:

  • HR operations which includes recruitment, onboarding, training & development, benefits management and exit management;
  • Assist on p-filing and maintenance of HRIS database;
  • Involve in ad hoc projects and administrative duties.
 

Requirements:

  • Fresh diploma graduate or candidate with 1-2 years experiences in HR generalist role;
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation;
  • Resourceful, proactive, able to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team;
  • Tech savvy would be an advantage.

Laboratory Attendant

Requirements:

  • Minimum Primary School Leaving Examination(PSLE) qualification;
  • Able to handle cleaning and housekeeping duties;
  • Able to support the School by providing logistic support for special events and daily activities;
  • Able to perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Science Laboratory Technicians, HOD, Science and School Management;
  • Able to converse and read simple English;
  • Familiar with laboratory safety requirements;
  • Pleasant, good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Enthusiastic and has strong sense of responsibility;
  • Meticulous in housekeeping and cleanliness;
  • Able to work independently and a team player; and
  • Relevant working experience in a school laboratory environment would be an advantage.
